Hooray.... At long last here is our new class list for both Clevedon and Newport. Why not come and join us for a fun day, learning new skills. Most of our classes are suitable for all skill levels but if you are unsure please do let us know as we are happy to advise.
All of the classes are small groups and designed to ensure that whatever your existing skills are you will have developed those skills, learnt new ones, had some fun, and get to take home a lovely box of cupcakes or a layer cake. Gift vouchers are available if you are looking for a gift for a birthday or Mothers Day, and if you would be interested in booking for a small group please email us!
The courses below are held in our Clevedon based shop, Corrister & White, and in our registered kitchen in Newport. If you can't see something you were interested in let us know and we'll do our best to incorporate it into the class schedule.

These Courses are designed to support cake decorators at most levels including beginners and intermediate cake decorators and we have small groups to allow us to go slow and gain support where needed. All day full price courses include refreshments and a light lunch (not including flower sugar courses) –lots of fun but the intention is that you leave having developed skills, tips, ideas and understand how to make your cakes more professional and finished…we also have lots of fun!! –email or ring if you have any questions.
