* The course is a fun full day which will cover basic baking, techniques and tips, how to get the perfect cupcakes, fondanting, piping, swirling, basic flowers...and a host of other ways to make some fabulous cupcakes!
*Lunch is not included, but great coffee, lovely tea, and sparkling water is provided to keep you going!
* You will take home up to 12 cupcakes (depending on the class content, compleity and how quickly the class works!).
